Request and scope review happen before a purchase is confirmed.
No. The Blueprint defines one process architecture and can lead to a separate implementation proposal.
The fixed scope covers one recurring process. Additional processes require a separate scope.
Discovery is asynchronous after approved payment; no live call is included or required. TriHerm reviews submitted process evidence and may request one asynchronous clarification round if material information is missing. The 5-business-day delivery clock begins at Discovery Complete, once the evidence is sufficient.
The map can include relevant tools with available documentation or access. Inclusion does not guarantee an integration is technically supported.
A final PDF, editable diagrams and a recorded walkthrough are included.
Yes, subject to scope, technical feasibility and availability. Implementation is quoted separately.
If TriHerm determines during scope review that the Blueprint cannot be delivered within the purchased boundary, it may request clarification, propose an upgrade or mark the request as refund required. Work already completed is handled under the published refund policy.
TriHerm will identify the boundary and propose a revised or phased scope before extending the work.
