Activation and included period
Care Basic is available only through an approved LeadFlow Website Launch flow. The $2,500 USD setup payment does not create a recurring charge during implementation. Care Basic activates at the confirmed website launch, and the first 30 days after launch are included.
The customer expressly accepts the immutable Care terms version displayed in the private checkout. The launch and included-period timestamps are recorded by the service system and are not backdated to the setup payment.
Recurring billing and renewal notice
After the included period, Care Basic renews at $249 USD each month using the saved payment method until cancelled. The first recurring charge is scheduled for 30 days after confirmed launch; later charges follow the monthly billing cycle shown in the billing record.
The private checkout discloses the recurring amount, frequency and activation point before consent. TriHerm sends an advance reminder before an automatic renewal when required by applicable law, including at least five calendar days before the charge for covered consumer transactions.
Included Care Basic service
Care Basic includes hosting and SSL, basic uptime and form monitoring, restoration capability or backups, security and system maintenance, correction of failures attributable to the delivered system, email support and one small content request per month.
A small content request means: Updating up to three existing text or image elements without changing layout, page structure, integrations or automation behavior. The included request is not cumulative. Fully custom design, new pages, structural layout changes, new integrations, automation changes, content migration, advertising, ongoing SEO and other excluded work require separate scope.
Cancellation and billing management
The customer may request cancellation immediately through the available Stripe billing portal or by writing to mail@triherm.com. A cancellation request is recorded when submitted and carries no cancellation penalty. Ordinary cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period so service remains available through the paid period.
The customer may cancel before the first recurring charge. No automatic prorated refund is issued for an ordinary period-end cancellation, without limiting any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law. Payment methods and invoices may be managed through the secure billing link provided to the verified customer contact.
Payment failure
If a recurring payment fails, TriHerm may ask the customer to update or authenticate the payment method. The website remains online during the documented recovery period, while support and monthly changes may be paused after the stated delinquency interval.
A terminal unpaid or cancelled subscription enters the same transition process as an ordinary end. An invoice refund changes the invoice record but does not automatically cancel the subscription unless cancellation is separately confirmed.
End of Care Basic and transition
The customer retains the paid website, its customer-provided content and its data. When Care Basic ends, a 30-day transition window begins. A recoverable backup is retained for 60 additional days, for a total documented retention period ending 90 days after subscription end.
The customer must complete any domain, hosting, account, data or operating transfer during the transition. Work beyond the included transition assistance may require separate scope. Reactivation during an available transition window requires new express consent and immediate collection of the disclosed monthly charge; it does not create a new included period.
