Process Review written package

The current $199 USD Process Review includes a one-page executive summary, a simple current-process map, three prioritized opportunities with rationale and actions, and a first-step plan identifying an action, owner and measure. No custom recorded video is required.

One consolidated written clarification about the delivered report may be requested through the secure delivery portal within 7 calendar days after delivery. It does not include a new process, reanalysis, implementation or an additional revision round. The response appears in the same portal. Earlier purchases retain the deliverables and conditions confirmed at purchase.

Intake and scope review

Payment does not start delivery by itself. TriHerm reviews the completed intake, required access, purchased boundary and delivery readiness before work begins. A request that materially exceeds the offer may require clarification, an upgrade, a separate proposal or a refund review.

The confirmed offer controls deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, delivery target and revision limit. Customer requests or statements do not expand that boundary unless TriHerm confirms the change in writing.

Customer cooperation

The customer must provide accurate information, timely decisions, lawful authorization, usable content and secure access to the systems required by the scope. The customer must identify legal, industry, security, accessibility and data-retention requirements before work begins.

A delay caused by missing information, access, approval or customer action pauses the delivery target. TriHerm may close or reschedule an inactive request after reasonable follow-up, without treating unfinished customer prerequisites as a delivery failure.

Delivery, review and revisions

Professional work is reviewed before delivery. The delivery target and included revision limit begin after prerequisites are complete. A revision corrects or refines the confirmed deliverable; it does not add new pages, systems, integrations, strategies or requirements outside the purchased scope.

The customer should review the delivery within the period stated in the offer or delivery message. Verified defects attributable to the delivered work will be addressed within the included correction or support boundary. New preferences or requirements are change requests.

Changes and third-party dependencies

A requested change may alter price, delivery target, dependencies and acceptance criteria. TriHerm will not treat a proposed change as approved until its commercial and operating effect is confirmed.

External software, domains, usage, licenses, APIs and provider charges are separate unless explicitly included. Third-party outages, restrictions or policy changes may require an alternative, revised scope or schedule.

Ownership and production use

Customer content and data remain the customer's. Ownership and license rights for the final deliverable follow the applicable proposal and the general Terms of purchase and use. Full payment is required before final transfer or the post-payment license takes effect.

The customer is responsible for final production approval, lawful use, backups and operating decisions after handoff, except for continuing responsibilities expressly included in a managed service.
